Financial reports present the collection of financial statements and all accompanying reports, which may imply management reports, administration comments, opinions and reports of auditors etc.
Obligatory financial statements that present yearly calculation and must be in line with IAS and IFRS are:

• Balance Sheet
• Cash flow statement
• Statement of changes in equity
• Accounting policies and remarks with financial statements

Delivering these statements to Tax Administration office must be done before March 31st of current year, with the data on December 31st of past year. It is the obligation of all legal entities in accordance with the Law of accounting and auditing.
